Mobile broadband usage calculator
A usage calculator isn't exact. It acts as a guide, so it doesn't matter too much if you don't know the exact answers to the questions, just take a guess and then bump the guesses up a bit.
It's perhaps just as helpful to have a written guide as a calculator:
- Light usage - occasional email and web browsing while out and about, mobile broadband not your main broadband - 1GB
- Typical usage - mobile broadband is your main broadband, daily email and web browsing - 3GB
- Heavy usage - mobile broadband is your main broadband, daily email and web browsing, significant use of iPlayer or other video downloads, regular music downloads - 10GB
